From its beginning as a corporate yacht in 1931, the Grace Anne II has held onto its philosophy of relaxed elegance. Navigating these pristine, historic waters, the Grace Anne II represents another kind of preservation and a previous generation's dedication to craftsmanship, quality and service. The hull is double-planked mahogany over cedar from the deck line to the keel. Oak frame ribs are through fastened to planking with copper rivets. The deckhouse, deck and most of the interior are also celebrated in dark mahogany.
The Grace Anne II represents an era of quality unmatched today. Designed with the current navigational path in mind, the builders were able to throw convention to the wind. The yacht design incorporated the owner’s quarters into the bow; while crew and engine room were relocated to the stern. The Grace Anne II comfortably accommodates eight guests in six staterooms.
